F6-2 Continual Light
F6-3 Mercy Ground

Skills Support
F7-1 Freeze Ring 2
F7-2 Rebuke
F7-3 Heavens Ground - Configured in the third position because it has a very high delay. Used less frequently.

Enchant - PVP Video (Errors)

Video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n833pFJ12cc

I Would like to comment on some mistakes that I made in the video above.. mistakes that should always be avoided by Enchants.

Error 1 (1:42) : Obviously that Sanctuary should not have been casted. Using Sanctuary, Grail and Divine Guidance on the same Hotkey, and inadvertently used instead of Grail. Luckily, the vampire used Set A Fire.

Error 2 (2:05) : Aura Shield and Requital started to flash in the skills bar, indicating that they would end soon. Rather than standing back and using them again. I went up and took a combo of two skills which took me almost 50% of my HP away.

Error 3 (2:10 - 2:40) : For some unknown reason (lol) , I didn't use HP amples. As you can see, the PVP ended in a draw. But if I had not made this error, the victory would come to me. Sometimes in the middle of thousand things to do, we forget basic things.. sad.

For those who wonder : ‘Why all the Aura Ring?’ This is pretty simple.
Aura Ring is the skill holding the longest range of enchant. If you engage a vampire who moves a lot, is ideal... whenever it’s possible (when the vampire approaches), I used Rotten Apple and Sweep Vice. Some vampires insist on a close combat with Enchants. So my friends, you sit your finger on Rotten Apple Sweep Vice + Aura Storm or (if the vampire does not have much MAGICAL DEFENCE)

If you have any suggestion, please comment on this post.

Encouraging words for Enchants and Blades

So far, in this DKL server.. A lot of good players had left from slayers.
Generally, we’re lack of players in slayer. However, what we need the most is Enchant and Blade.
It has been a big task for us to defend our base again vampires due to our population of Enchants. So I thought it would be better if I say which advantages you can get by playing those 2 classes.

First, Enchant.

Thanks to KR official, INT base class been improved. We’ve obtained much more power by INT.
So the more INT you get, the more things you get from your buffs (so do other players).
With Enchant, you can help other people by exceeding their specs(stats, DEFENSE, PROTECTION, DAMAGE etc).
With Lightness, 120 level skill.. They allow all players to see inside of Darkness as if you’re a vampire.
With Heavens Ground/Mercy Ground.. You will help a lot of players against vampires and ousters since they prevent your companies from getting spaced out by enemies.
(Especially, Heavens Ground deals decent silver damages while it protects you from getting Darkness or any other harmful skills).
We have a lot of Guns dealing pretty good damage with decent To Hit. But they’re very struggling with hitting vampires because they can’t see through the Darkness.
Requital will help you a lot on the battle field against melee class enemies. So far, there is not even a single Combat ouster who can kill a chanter, because of Requital. (Unless, they want to commit suicide).
The more Enchants we have or Heals, Swords/Guns will do much easier job on PVP. Why? Melee vamps will be forced to change their builds from full DEX to DEX+STR which means lower DEFENSE for them.

Second, Blade.

Most people say Blade deals very good damage which is true. But no one can deny they have a very slow attack speed and low To Hit. However, Blade never go to full DEX base, they still decide to be a full STR based so when they hit , they will deal much more damage than anyone.. and oh, one more thing.. To Hit doesn't matter to Dragon Typhoon (Horus skill).
Also, with full STR you will be a good tanker in bible war, everyone will protect you when you are holding a bible. Air shield protects you by reducing incoming physical damage to 90%.
With To Hit bonus from your item sets.. It might be impossible for you to kill some combat enemies.. but when it comes to mage classes. You’ll be a god.
Their Dragon Typhoon will cause your enemies to fail a lot of skills against you.
Blade is one of classes that allows combo attack (Blaze Walk/Dragon Typhoon/Blade Storm).

We are not telling you to stop playing your current character and make a new Enchant or a Blade. All you have to do is to tell new people around when you see them to read this post or tell them what advantages you can get from those 2 classes and what we're lack of.

3 mistakes in previous posts have been fixed

In the posts "Enchant - Skills" and "How to be a good Enchant" we had 3 mistakes and they have been fixed.

1. Heavens ground avoid and remove Summon Clay also.
2. Serent gives DEFENSE +5, not +10.
3. Feacel gives magical attack+3, not +5.

Sorry for that.

Enchant - PVP Guide

(From Old KR Forum)

How to kill fires. Don’t run away from them!

With this tactic, I killed 188 Fire before in banatul.
When the match begins, don’t use Grail on it first. Just spam Flare on it. They can`t cast Incinerate using CAPS LOCK.
It will get Flare at least in 5 times of trying. After the fire got Flare, don’t just stand where you are right now. Move somewhere else (so you don’t have to get hit by them, they can estimate where you are unless you don’t move).
After Flare -> Grail -> Rotten Apple/Sweep Vice spamming (for elemental ousters, they have Divine Spirits so Aura Storm is not effective against them).
Flare will last about 25~30 seconds. When it goes off. Try Aura Shield control and spam Flare like I said before.
Flare is not a noob skill. It’s one of tactics you have to get! Don’t try to save it for them!!

PVP tips against all classes - written from old KR Enchant (192)

Okay, so my status is 751 INT / 170 ALL RESISTENCE / DEFENSE 800 (No Scrolls – With self-buffed)
The most important thing above these is ALL RESISTANCE that I would say.

Against vampires

INT
They’re my delight when it comes to PVP.
ALL RESISTANCE 150 is basic. 220~230 is very highly recommended (can deal with them easily)
Lots of Enchants complain about PVP against INT vampires but they really need a lot of ALL RESISTANCE and HPS.

Why HPS? I personally have a PVP mace but I use HPS mace to kill mage vampires. My entire HPS is only just 6 but I’ve had an experiment with Thorns+Divine Guidance+Aura Storm+Rotten Apple : I got 70~80 hp.

When the match begins, they will use Gore and Set Afire to make it attack you or just spam Nooth/Meteor. I saw many Enchants using Freeze Ring when the Gore gets close to them.
HOWEVER, it is not very good idea to freeze it because then, vampires will come near you to use Venom Circle while you’re trying to use Freeze Ring.. and Venom Circle drains your MP with just one single hit!

So when the Gore comes near, don’t use Freeze Ring just run away(behind) – don’t feel so bad about running, it’s one of ways to control your characters, no one will pick on you.

When the Gore wasn’t get pushed into you. Use Grail + Divine Guidance and go front, using Aura Ring.
(I tested aura storm on a vampire with full horus acc + stone skin + ALL RESISTANCE 150, he got only 30~40 damage from aura storm – but you can use Aura Storm if you have HPS more than 12)
OR, simply use Aura Ring in a far distance. When the vampire uses Gliding and tries to use Venom circle. Use Sanctuary to trap and cast Heavens Ground. (Heavens Ground stuns / no Blood Wall / Darkness / cast silver damages)... and attack with Rotten Apple/ Sweep Vice (Only when trapped).

Secondly what is very important is how to use Aura Shield. When you’re attacking it with Aura Ring in a far distance, just run away til you get enough MP regeneration from Meditation and spamming Aura Ring.
When the shield gets off because of Venom Circle, use it again immediately.

DEX
Can beat them all the time(day/night).
But DEX/STR vampire will be a bit harder.
When they use Bat Storm in a far distance, don’t get close to it, just use Aura Ring. (you have a Aura Shield to protect from Bat Storm!)
When it gets close, use Grail + Divine Guidance and spam Rotten Apple/Aura Storm

Against ousters

Combat
Very easy, Requital + Aura Storm and go get a coffee for yourself(or afk). It will be dead soon.
Charging attack might be a big threat but Combats don’t like to use it to Enchants because of thorns (they have to sacrifice 1/5 of their HP to use Charging Attack).

Water
In field, just use Sanctuary and Grail. Don’t even need Heavens Ground.
In Banatul, however, you might need at least 200 moju (to kill high Waters). When the match begins, use Grail immediately.  After you got Explosion Water (Bidet), use Divine Guidance.
Spam Rotten Apple+Sweep Vice (if you want to use Aura Storm, Aura Ball would be much much better =_=)
Keep attacking, then Water might use Ice Horizon, AT THAT TIME use Heavens ground on Ice Horizon and get close to the Water.
With this tactic, you can kill low Waters. High Waters heal very fast so you can’t kill them unless you trap them. Not to mention, try to avoid Ice Field always

Fire
Don’t even think about 1vs1 with them.

Earth
Similar to INT vampires.

It’s a matter of HPS  + high ALL RESISTANCE. Use Sanctuary and then Heavens Ground (Heavens ground will remove the effect of Fury of Gnome wich decreases your mobility and attack speed to -50%).
When it’s out of Sanctuary range, just use kill it the way you kill INT vampires (running and attacking to avoid bombers from draining your MP).

Most of example mentioned above, are based on 1vs1 situations. The way you act might need different actions when you are in a party.

We will add videos soon, to make it clear and tell you how to act in most of mentioned situations.
